I've baked brownies and cornbread in it, and everything slides right out thanks to that wavy bottom. The nonstick coating still looks perfect after a month of heavy use, no scratches or peeling.
The corrugated bottom is the real deal—my lemon bars came out in one piece with zero wrestling and barely any residue left behind. That nonstick coating also wipes clean with just a warm rinse, which is more than I can say for my old pan. Definitely the last square baker I’ll buy for a while.
I baked brownies in it last night and they slid right out onto the cutting board, no scraping or soaking needed. The corrugated bottom gives the bottoms a nice texture too, and cleanup with the nonstick coating took less than a minute.
